Events
Individual Events- Poules of 6 or 7 fencers
- Age Group tableaux (40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+)
- Combined tableaux
- If numbers permit team events will adopt the World’s format, otherwise the following rules will apply
- Women’s Teams must have a combined age of at least 135 years
- Men’s Teams must have a combined age of at least 150 years
- Team substitutes must maintain the required aggregate age
- Poules seeding will be based on results from the 2026 CanAm combined events, subject to review by the Secretariat
- Tableaux seeding will be based on results from the poules
- Team seeding will be based on results from the poules

Equipment
- FIE equipment is not required.
- A name and country patch is not required.
- Gloves, masks, and lames will be checked.
- Equipment vendors will not be available at the venue.
